1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Impliedsupply.com and any related pages, products, checkout features, emails, content, and services operated by Implied Supply (“Implied Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to emails, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products from us.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

2. About Implied Supply

Implied Supply sells apparel and related goods, including made-to-order statement shirts. Our products are designed around witty, understated, work-from-home, video-call, and off-camera phrases. Product names, collection names, badges, and descriptions are part of the brand voice and should not be interpreted as workplace, legal, human resources, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to purchase from the Site, or you must use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are also responsible for keeping any account login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Products, Product Descriptions, and Display Accuracy

We try to present products, colors, materials, sizes, descriptions, prices, availability, and images accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary based on screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, print methods, fabric blends, product availability, and fulfillment partner production standards.

Product mockups, lifestyle images, and display photos are provided for visual reference. The final physical product may differ slightly from the images shown online. Minor variations are normal for apparel, print-on-demand production, direct-to-garment printing, embroidery, screen print-style effects, and garment manufacturing.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders where information is inaccurate or unavailable.

5. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Many Implied Supply products are made to order. This means a product may not be printed, packed, or shipped until after you place an order. We may use third-party production, fulfillment, and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver products.

Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for an order, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are more limited than they may be for traditional retail inventory. Please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order, you understand that production and fulfillment may involve third-party vendors, and that shipping speed may be affected by production time, carrier delays, supply availability, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and address issues.

6. Orders, Payment, Billing, and Taxes

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including product price, shipping, handling, taxes, and any other charges disclosed before purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. We may collect applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, or similar taxes as required by law or by our ecommerce platform, payment processors, or marketplace integrations.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate product or pricing information, inventory or production issues, unusual order activity, or violation of these Terms.

7. Order Review, Changes, and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, it may move quickly into production.

Cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed. If you contact us before production begins, we may be able to cancel or update the order. Once an order enters production, we usually cannot cancel, change the size or color, update the design, or change the shipping address.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Delays

Shipping options, estimated delivery dates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

We will ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If we become aware that an order cannot ship within the timeframe we stated, or within the legally applicable default timeframe if no timeframe was stated, we may contact you with updated information, offer a cancellation option where required, or cancel and refund the order.

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location, mailbox, building office, household members, neighbors, and carrier tracking details before contacting us.

International orders, if offered, may be subject to customs, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout page states otherwise.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, Damaged Items, and Misprints

Because many products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, change of mind, accidental orders, or normal product variation unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy.

We will review claims for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misprinted items. To make a claim, contact support@Impliedsupply.com within [14] days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and defect or error.

If we determine that an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misprinted, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion, subject to applicable law and fulfillment partner requirements.

We may deny claims caused by customer error, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping address, ordinary wear and tear, improper washing or care, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or minor variations that are normal for apparel production and printing.

Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on payment processor and bank policies.

10. Size, Fit, Care, and Customer Responsibility

Size charts are provided as a guide and may include manufacturer tolerances. Apparel fit can vary by product, brand, cut, fabric, dye lot, and manufacturing process. You are responsible for reviewing size charts and product details before ordering.

Follow product care instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, dry cleaning, storage, or other care inconsistent with garment instructions.

11. Promotions, Discount Codes, Gift Cards, and Store Credit

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, and store credits may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, and limits. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or transferred.

We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, except where prohibited by law. Abuse of promotional offers may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including brand names, logos, product names, designs, graphics, artwork, images, copy, layout, badges, collection names, slogans, photographs, mockups, and other materials, are owned by Implied Supply or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping and browsing only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, scrape, upload, transmit, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design, artwork, phrase presentation, brand, or Site content.

13. User Content, Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, messages, feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us or through the Site (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant Implied Supply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and create derivative works from that content for business, marketing, customer service, and operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may remove, edit, refuse, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion. We are not required to treat feedback or suggestions as confidential, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products, content, or services:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harmful purpose;

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, delays, outages, errors, data practices, fees, or content. Your interactions with third parties are between you and the third party, unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Privacy, Cookies, and Email Communications

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any Cookie Notice or cookie settings we provide. The Privacy Policy should explain what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices may be available to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Implied Supply and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, revenue, business, goodwill, or reputation, arising from or related to your use of the Site, purchase or use of products, shipping delays, carrier issues, third-party services, or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site, products, services, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Implied Supply for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Implied Supply and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of law, infringement of rights, fraud, or User Content.

22. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, cancel orders, refuse service, remove content, or restrict account activity if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, submitted inaccurate or fraudulent information, abused promotions, misused support channels, or engaged in activity that could harm Implied Supply, customers, vendors, or the Site.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute terms, and any provisions needed to interpret or enforce these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the Site, products, services, orders, or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State o Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

24. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@Impliedsupply.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Your message should include your name, order number if applicable, contact information, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are requesting. We will make a reasonable effort to respond.

Subject to any rights that cannot be waived by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, representative, or collective action.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Changes apply after they are posted, except where additional notice or consent is required by law. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
