Refund Policy

At Implied Supply, every shirt is made to order. Because we use print-on-demand production, we do not hold inventory, and each item is created specifically after your order is placed.

Please review your size, color, and shipping information carefully before checking out.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor differences between mockups and the final printed product

We want you to love what you receive, but we also want to be clear that each item is custom-produced for your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly help if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@impliedsupply.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@impliedsupply.com. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

Implied Supply is not responsible for orders delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Final Sale Items

All sale, promotional, and limited-edition items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
